1. It is strictly forbidden to start laser power and Q power adjustment when water -free or water circulation is abnormal.
2. When abnormal phenomena occur, some operators will forget to turn off the vibration mirror switch and key switch to check. This is not good. Please turn off the marking machine and then check it.
3. On the workbench or production line, it is recommended to place a test piece that is equal to the marking workpiece, and confirm that the test part is really stable.
4. It is strictly forbidden to contact the lens of the laser marking machine by hand or other items. It is strictly forbidden to clean the equipment with a wet cloth.
5. It is strictly forbidden to place any unreasonable full reflection or roaming objects in the device to prevent laser reflection on the human body or flammable items.
6. Equipment should be far from electromagnetic equipment that is sensitive to electromagnetic interference, which may cause electromagnetic interference. Sometimes your laser marking machine is chaotic, which may be disturbed!
7. Without the consent of the original manufacturer, please do not easily disassemble and reinstall the marking equipment. Someone tried to dismantle the rotating head of the owner to other machine. However, they did not consider whether the machine itself could be compatible and caused a problem with the marking machine.
